Purpose: The Add Customer Return page is where a new customer return in initiated for the customer.

Display Data Elements:
  1. Customer: Customer name. This must be an existing customer in QuickBooks.
  2. Ledger: The QuickBooks account for customer returns.
  3. Class: The QuickBooks class defined for customer return transactions.
  4. Transaction Date: Date the customer return was created the Rapid Inventory.
  5. Number: Customer return number. The starting number sequence is set up in Settings > Edit Basic Settings.
  6. Memo: Any memo that you would like to add that will appear on the Credit Memo in QuickBooks
  7. Action Buttons:
