    Label Types: The label ‘type’ defines the specific usage of a particular label and where in Rapid Inventory that label will appear as a selection to print. The label types are:
    Receive Line Inventory: This type of label would be printed during the receiving process, and will appear in the Receipt View when selecting ‘Print Labels’, or in any of the receipt quantity entry pages on the mobile bar code scanner device, such as the Receive To Stock – Quantity page.

    Item: This type of label can be printed from the Item List in the Settings function, and contain item data only(not inventory attributes). Typically, Item type labels are used to label stocking locations for small items that do not contain a bar code label themselves due to their size or for any type of item where placing a label on the item itself is not feasible. This type of label can also be printed from the mobile bar code scanner’s Inventory Count function in the Cycle Count Item page.

    Custom Label Templates:
    If you are unable to find a template that has the specific combination of Data Fields that you need, please Contact Sales for a quote on a custom label template. Please keep in mind that a label template is limited to the available Data Fields in Rapid Inventory. In other words, if we don't have the data in Rapid Inventory, we can't print it on a label.

    AO:RAPIDINVENTORY HARDWARE AS A SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
