No, there is no real limit.
Why do I keep getting session timeouts with my Rapid Inventory?
    ...
300 minutes. If you need more time before a Session Timeout, go to Settings > Edit Advanced Settings and increase the Session Timeout Minutes setting.
Can I use the same login and password on multiple handhelds?
Not at the same time. Generally, Rapid Inventory tracks concurrent logged in users, so that would prevent usage of the same login credentials on two devices (handhelds or workstations)
